At Arra, we offer exchanges only within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be unworn, unused, and returned in original condition with all tags attached.

We do not offer refunds. Once your return is approved, you will receive store credit or an exchange for another item of equal value.

Sale items are final and not eligible for exchange.
